With her last corporate role being the European Training Manager for The Disney Store, in 2001 Jenny set up her leadership and business consultancy, Rock Solutions. The business quickly thrived, with Jenny becoming a sought after consultant, facilitator, speaker and coach, developing hundreds of leaders and individuals across the world.

Jenny’s passion is helping people “get better”.
